ONLINE CHECK OUT

  1. Select “Add to Cart” button to add an item to your order.
  2. When you are finished shopping and ready to review your cart, hover over the orange cart icon and select “View Cart”.
  3. Review your cart for accurate pricing and quantities.
  4. To calculate shipping, input your country, state, city, postcode/ZIP and select “Update Totals”. You should now see a variety of shipping options.
    Note: Some products will not have shipping estimates available online. To receive a shipping/freight quote, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-844-236-3267. You are still able to checkout online without a shipping estimate. Simply select “Contact Us for Shipping Quote” and proceed with your order. Our office will contact you after you purchase to collect payment for shipping.
  5. If you have a coupon code, input your code and select “Apply Coupon”.
  6. When you are ready to purchase, select “Proceed to Checkout”.
  7. If you are a returning customer, please login.
  8. Input your billing address. Check the boxes if you would like to “Create an Account” or “Subscribe to Our Newsletter”. Select “Continue”.
  9. If you would like to ship to a different address, please check the box and fill out your information. If your billing and shipping address are the same, simply uncheck the box. Select “continue”.
  10. Review your order and shipping totals. Select which form of payment you prefer.
    1. Credit/Debit – Secure checkout page provided by PayJunction. Once your order is complete, you will be redirected to the website. PayJunction accepts all major credit/debit cards.
    2. Direct Bank Transfer – You will receive an email with ACH information. Payment will need to be transferred into our account before your order is processed or shipped.
    3. PayPal – PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  11. After your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk folder. If you have not paid for shipping, a BENECOR representative will contact you to collect payment for shipping.
